Visiting Scholar
Krzysztof Szablewski joined IGI in November 2015 as a visiting scholar from Uppsala University to conduct a master’s thesis research project in Molecular Medicine under Drs. Jacob Corn and Mark DeWitt, focusing on developing a method to increase homology directed repair rates through simple modifications to both donor and Cas9 constructs. Krzysztof is interested in bridging the gap between research and medicine by developing molecular tools that may be used to apply scientific findings in clinical therapies.
