Kasandra Balzaretti
Research intern
After obtaining her Master of Science at ETH Zurich in May 2026, Kasandra Balzaretti returned to the Corn lab as a Research Intern to continue her work on DNA damage responses in mature post-mitotic neurons. In this role, she aims to further develop her expertise in multi-omics while contributing to the completion of the final experiments, data analysis, and figure preparation for a manuscript currently in preparation with Dr. Danielle Gallagher.
