Ron Baik
Research Associate
Ron Baik received his BS degree in Biology from Andrews University in 2013. Prior to arriving at UC Berkeley, he spent a few years as a research assistant studying mechanisms in colon cancer and characterizing unknown transcription factors at University of Illinois at Chicago and Northwestern University, respectively. Ron joined the IGI staff as a Senior Research Associate in November 2016, and he will be using CRISPR-Cas9 mediated genome engineering to study the mechanisms of cancer.
