Congratulations to Jenny, Emily, and Jacob for their latest publications!

Our Post Doc researcher Jiyung Jenny Shin together with our PI Jacob Corn have recently published the “E Pluribus Unum (“Out of Many, One”): CRISPR Modeling of Myeloid Expansion” in Cell Stem Cell journal, which demonstrate a promising way to model the complex genetics of clonal hematopoiesis and myeloid disorders using CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing in human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.
In addition, our NSF Graduate Fellow Emily Lingeman and PI Jacob Corn, et al. have published a chapter “Production of Purified CasRNPs for Efficacious Genome Editing” in Current Protocols in Molecular Biology. This article describes how to make a Cas9 RNP and outlines its use for gene editing in human cells.
